ACA Compliance Group, a New York-based provider of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) services, has concluded the acquisition of London-based peer Cordium after securing regulatory nod.
The deal, whose financial terms were not revealed, was first announced in April this year.
The combined group will tend to more than 4,000 clients across the globe and have a workforce of around 700.
The deal enables ACA to include tax services, financial and regulatory reporting in its product suite.
It also adds Cordium’s regulatory hosting platform Mirabella as well as a post-Brexit EU office to ACA’s offering.
The technologies of the two companies will be integrated over the coming few months. This includes the integration of Cordium’s employee compliance management solution called Compliance ELF (Employee Level Filing) into ACA’s ComplianceAlpha.
