The industry’s overall hiring an increased by 13.33% in June 2021 compared with May 2021.
Out of the banking and payments industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 27.48% share in June 2021, recording decrease of 0.89% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 101.82% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Czech Republic banking and payments industry in June 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 22.36% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Czech Republic banking and payments industry during June 2021 over May 2021.
KBC Group posted 565 IT jobs in June 2021 and registered a rise of 24.18% over the previous month, followed by Societe Generale with 13 jobs and a flat growth. Deutsche Borse with 5 IT jobs and Commerzbank with 4 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 300% increase, respectively, while MONETA Money Bank recorded a 55.56% decline with 4 job postings during June 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.65%, up by 22.45% from May 2021. Entry Level positions with a 15.07% share, a growth of 30% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 7.28% share, down 2.22% over May 2021.
