Link Group, an Australia-based provider of technology-enabled administration solutions, has snapped up local digital advice firm Adviser Network from Lonsec Fiscal Holdings.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed by the companies.
Adviser Network, established in 2011, includes Super Blueprint among its product range. The product offers advice across investment choice, retirement adequacy, superannuation contributions as well as insurance.
Link said that the integration of Adviser Network offerings would complement its existing offering from its Information Digital and Data Solutions (IDDS) business unit.
Link Group IDDS CEO Paul Gardiner said: “The acquisition of Adviser Network is firmly in line with Link Group’s growth strategy and will reinforce Link Group’s position as the leading provider of innovative, digitally empowered solutions to superannuation funds.”
Adviser Network’s digital expertise would help Link effectively assist funds to develop bespoke solutions, Gardiner stated.
