Swiss lender Credit Suisse has expanded its digital private banking service in Hong Kong with the launch of upgraded Private Banking Asia Pacific app.
The app, combining a digital and direct client experience, will create a new multi-channel service delivery model, which will be a key driver of business growth.
Credit Suisse’s digital private banking platform will be available to clients with accounts in Hong Kong, equipped with English and new Chinese language capabilities.
It can be accessed through iPad, iPhone, web browsers, with Android users being able to access the platform via web browsers.
Credit Suisse head of private banking greater china who also leads the development of the digital private banking project Francois Monnet said: "We are delighted to launch an enhanced version of our Private Banking Asia Pacific app for our Hong Kong wealth management hub, building on the experience and learnings accumulated in the past year following the Singapore roll out.
