Swiss private bank Credit Suisse has launched its maiden global digital private banking platform in Singapore catering to clients in Asia Pacific.
The new digital platform will represent a new private banking service delivery model enabling clients to have round-the-clock access to their account information, market insights and intelligence personalized according to their portfolio apart from supporting them with trading tools.
The new private banking solution will feature a simple user interface and will facilitate multiple channels of connectivity and collaboration for clients with their relationship manager and Credit Suisse team.
Credit Suisse Private Banking app will offer overviews of portfolio valuations and performance liquidity, a watch-list to monitor instruments across asset classes, access to the library of Credit Suisse Investment Strategy and Research publications and a built-in suite of collaboration tools.
The app will be initially available on the iPad, with access to be extended to other devices, including the iPhone, web browsers, and devices operating on Android.
Credit Suisse head of private banking Asia Pacific Francesco de Ferrari said: "A digitalized multi-channel service delivery model will bring the relationship manager and bank significant gains in efficiency and higher value-added productivity, and most important of all, enable us to serve our clients better and cultivate deeper client relationships."
