The industry’s overall hiring an increased by 4.64% in May 2021 compared with April 2021.
Out of the banking and payments industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 26.53% share in May 2021, recording decrease of 2.83% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100.2% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Czech Republic banking and payments industry in May 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 0.2% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Czech Republic banking and payments industry during May 2021 over April 2021.
KBC Group posted 455 IT jobs in May 2021 and registered a drop of 1.73% over the previous month, followed by Societe Generale with 13 jobs and a 40.91% drop. MONETA Money Bank with 9 IT jobs and BNP Paribas with 9 jobs, recorded an 80% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Bnp Paribas Obam recorded a flat growth with 5 job postings during May 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 77.09%, down by 1.53% from April 2021. Entry Level positions with a 13.94% share, a growth of 55.56% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 8.96% share, down 35.71% over April 2021.
