Asia-based Tricor Group has appointed Richard Beattie as its CEO of Australia.

Beattie will be responsible for leading the commercial development and operations of the Australia business.

He will also report to Lennard Yong, group CEO of Tricor.

Beattie joined PwC in 1997 as a tax specialist and officially became part of Tricor in 2003. Furthermore, he was then moved to director of business services for Tricor Hong Kong in 2013. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

In addition, Tony Dormer will step into a senior advisory role and vice-chairman in Tricor Australia with full support to Beattie. He has over 40 years of experience and has worked with a number of businesses.

Brightmore-Armour has a wealth of experience in the field. A FTSE 100 board member, she is currently a director of The Berkeley Group Holdings.

Prior to this role, she was CEO to the European branches of Australia and New Zealand Bank (ANZ).

Brightmore-Armour represented ANZ at the Board of Association of Foreign Banks and as a Member of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.
