Junxure, a digital client relationship management (CRM) platform, will be the first CRM platform to use the digital account open workflow devised by Schwab Advisor Services.

Starting this month, wealth management firms that utilise Schwab Advisor Services and Junxure can open new accounts digitally and in real-time.

Junxure’s integration with Schwab is set to eliminate certain challenges:

  • Manual form-filling;
  • Co-ordinating with busy clients;
  • Resolving not in good order data issues, and
  • Ensuring CRM accuracy.

Uninterrupted synchronisation of both platforms enables advisers to generate new account documents for various account types. It achieves this by using pre-filled data fields and e-authorisation technology.

Furthermore, the integration removes the need for users to move between different applications and duplicate entry of information.

Schwab Advisor Services has also integrated with LifeYield. LifeYield is a cloud-based solution that facilitates tax-smart, risk-smart management of an investor’s entire household portfolio.

Customers can now enter several related sections of Schwab into their LifeYield user interface.

Furthermore, Schwab exports account information daily to LifeYield. This provides and easy way for RIAs to view all pertinent client information via one platform.
