Institutional Advisory Services Group (IASG), which focuses on alternative investments, has established a new fund administration business in Chicago, Illinois.

The Jonkheer family will own majority of the new business, dubbed IASG Fund Services (IASG-FS).

The new venture will sell fund administration services to investment managers, leveraging the Seamless Solutions SaaS platform developed by Sudrania.

Included in IASG-FS’ offering are back-office, shadow accounting, cash management, cloud technology, and investor services.

It will also offer document storage and cybersecurity services.

The company will tend to commodity trading advisers and commodity pool operators.
