F.L. Putnam Investment Management has purchased Financial Focus, a wealth manager based in New Hampshire.
Neither of the companies revealed the price paid for the deal.
The acquisition adds $275m in assets to the acquirer’s portfolio.
The merged entity will be based in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Currently F.L.Putnam employs 47 people across four offices in New England. The business oversees $2.1bn in assets.
The entire team at Financial Focus, including its president and founder Susan MacMichael John, will now move to F.L.Putnam.
