Wilton Group, an Isle of Man-based professional services firm providing wealth management solutions, has acquired Bristol-based pension specialists Hartley SAS and The Lifetime SIPP Company for an undisclosed sum.
Pursuant to the acquisition, the 32 staff from Hartley SAS and the Lifetime SIPP Company will become part of part of the wider Wilton Group.
The two firms that have been acquired have a total of over £1bn in assets under management.
Hartley SAS provides expert administration services for both SIPPs and SSASs, while Lifetime SIPP provides self-invested personal pensions to clients of regulated professional advisers.
Wilton provides services such as tax planning and accountancy, corporate finance, family office, company and trust services, wealth management and other specialist services.
