Chubb has enhanced its family office portal to enable family office managers quickly run the risk management and insurance needs of high-net-worth (HNW) customers operating family offices in the US.
Enhancements to the portal include new dashboard features that will give office managers access to a wide range of services that can help protect lifestyles through the company’s Signature Suite of Services, which include personal security and safety, travel security, staff management and valuable collections management.

The company also improved search and navigation tool to allow family office managers to sort, filter and search policy information quickly and efficiently by displaying policy numbers, client names and special descriptions in one place.
Also, enhanced drill-down capabilities have been added to the portal to help family managers easily review different details around claims, billing and home inspections by individual policy.
