Sandringham Financial Partners, a UK-based financial advice firm, has named Tim Grey as its COO.
Grey currently serves as Sandringham’s chief compliance officer, a role he will continue in addition to his new responsibility.

He joined Sandringham in 2015 in the position of compliance director and joined the company’s board the following year.
Grey previously worked at SimplyBiz, Oval Financial Services and HMRC, and also ran his own consultancy business.
Sandringham CEO Tim Sargisson said: “Our need for a COO reflects the growing complexity of Sandringham as we expand both our Partner numbers and our scope of services.
“Tim has been a key member of the team both in his role as Compliance Officer and on the board and I am confident in his ability to recognise and maximise the upcoming opportunities as we enter our next phase of growth.”
