will continue to be served by the bank’s Prestige offering.

A key feature of Bank Millennium’s private

personalised approach.

Private banking clients will be offered the
Millennium World Debit MasterCard and the Millennium MasterCard

Investment services

Millennium private banking customers will be
offered new investment services, such as closed-end investment
funds as well as additional products, structured on a bespoke basis
for each customer.

They will also be able to use the bank’s tax
advisory services offered in cooperation with Deloitte Doradztwo
Podatkowe. For private banking clients who are art lovers, they can
be assisted by DESA Unicum advisors in finding a specific work of
art, or help with purchasing it at an auction.

Artur Klimczak, a member of Bank Millennium’s
management board, said the bank decided to establish the new
offering following feedback from regular customer satisfaction
surveys.

Commenting on the importance of personalised
approach to private banking, Klimczak said: “Customers with assets
in excess of PLN 500,000 say that what matters most to them are the
skills of the relationship manager as well as the product range.
This result is both an achievement and a challenge for us.”

Bank Millennium’s launch of private banking in
Poland comes at a time when Millennium bcp has been active in
expanding wealth management services in Eastern Europe.

In February 2011, Millennium Bank in Romania,
which is part of Millennium bcp launched Prestige, its business
line for affluent clients.
