Danczak oversees all facets of technology for the firm, including strategy, applications, infrastructure, support and execution. He also uses his experience in various industries and with Fortune 500 IT systems and processes to consult with clients of the firm.
Some of Cohen & Company’s key advancements during Danczak’s tenure have been in the areas of finance, billing and collections management, scheduling, client segmentation and customer relationship management (CRM).
