Gazprombank Asset Management has unveiled two new Luxembourg-domiciled UCITS funds.
The new funds including GPB Russia Equities Fund and GPB Russia Fixed Income Fund will be run by GPB Asset Management.
The GPB Russia Equities Fund strategy will invest in the fast growing non-commodity sectors of Russia and CIS, with a focus on undervalued and liquid equity securities.
In addition, the GPB Russia Fixed Income Fund will invest in sovereign and corporate fixed income instruments denominated in USD, RUB and other currencies.
The two funds have been launched with a combined initial investment of US$ 45 million.
Gazprombank said that the Equities Fund will benchmark the MSCI Russia 10/40 Net TR USD, while the Fixed Income Fund will benchmark the Euro-Cbonds IG 3Y.
