73 Strings, an AI-driven financial intelligence platform, has secured $55m in its Series B financing round.

The round was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and saw participation from Blackstone Innovations Investments, Golub Capital, Hamilton Lane and Broadhaven Ventures.

This capital injection is set to speed up 73 Strings’ product development, enhancing its offerings in the $17.6tn alternative asset management sector.

The Series B funding will enable 73 Strings to advance its product roadmap, introducing industry-first solutions aimed at transforming how private capital firms extract data and make decisions.

The company’s AI-powered platform is designed to streamline middle-office operations for alternative investments, offering comprehensive data extraction, monitoring, and valuation solutions.

Its leadership team has over 300 years of combined experience in financial advisory and private markets.

73 Strings co-founder and CEO Yann Magnan said: “There is exponentially greater demand on the Alternative Asset markets, and Managers need similarly greater flexibility to understand their portfolio performance.

“Our teams are working day and night to create the best data extraction, monitoring and valuation tools for these markets so that every participant – from allocators to managers to retail investors – can benefit from a more holistic, efficient and intelligent understanding of their investments as they focus on value creation.”

The company plans to integrate large language models (LLMs) to create agentic AI systems, develop benchmarking and predictive analytics tools, and launch portfolio simulation capabilities for risk management.

Additionally, 73 Strings will roll out advanced dashboards and analytics for deeper portfolio insights.

73 Strings highlighted that its platform is recognised for its ability to deliver rapid, automated, and high-frequency valuation and monitoring processes.

The company’s technology is used by major alternative asset managers, whose clients manage nearly $10tn in assets.
