Kuwait Financial Centre “Markaz,” an asset management and investment banking firm in Kuwait, has tapped wealth technology provider Objectway to enhance its client experience.

This move marks Objectway’s expansion into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Objectway will assist Markaz in automating processes and streamlining client journeys.

The tech vendor said that by implementing its front-end solution, Markaz will be able to improve operational agility, automate workflows, and gain access to better data-driven decision-making capabilities for client-facing activities.

To uphold its service standards, Markaz sought a modular front office solution that would align with its business objectives, comply with Kuwait’s regulations, and assist relationship managers and advisors in providing customised client solutions.

Markaz conducted a thorough selection process with support from Ernst & Young Wealth & Asset Management consulting services to incorporate industry best practices.
