Earlier this month, the firm appointed Joseph Jawad as a senior partner at GSB Private, located in the company’s Dubai branch.

Jawad has moved to the company from Schroders, a multinational investment manager, where he worked as a client relationship director situated in Switzerland.

He oversaw the bank’s coverage of Middle Eastern wealth managers and financial organisations while he was at Schroders, where he also provided services to affluent families around the GCC.

Jawad had previously worked for Standard Bank Group, HSBC, and Arbuthnot Latham, and has served Middle Eastern families by working in London, Geneva, Dubai, Jersey, and other prominent financial hubs.
