Digital finance firm Quant has appointed Lenna Ross as chief commercial officer.
Russ joins from Tradeteq where she spent three years of chief revenue officer.
During her time at Tradeteq, Russ oversaw a $12.5m Series A Plus funding round, the opening of a new Dubai office, and membership of the FCI – the global representative body for factoring and financing of Open Account Domestic and International Trade Receivables.
At Quant, Russ will apply her extensive leadership skills, commercial acumen and knowledge of the financial technology landscape to spearhead the company’s commercial operations and support its continued growth. She will take accountability of several existing teams, including marketing, sales and product development.
“I’m delighted to join the leadership team at Quant at what feels like something of a pivotal juncture,” says Russ.
“There is now strong momentum behind financial services firms pursuing the new revenue lines and reduced risk enabled by tokenised deposits, programmable payments, and digital assets. I’m incredibly excited to be joining a company that is at the forefront of this transition. Having already completed successful projects on the digital pound and the Regulated Liability Network (UK), Quant has a proven track record of developing innovative customised solutions across payments and capital markets. I’m really looking forward to helping our clients achieve the immense benefits of true ‘digital finance’.”
