Standard Chartered Bank has launched an exclusive Young Entrepreneur Programme (YEP) for the next generation of high-net-worth (HNW) clients in the Priority Private category.
The programme was held over four days in Singapore in early August, bringing together 53 participants of 13 nationalities from eight of the Bank’s important Asian and global markets.
The YEP focuses on developing early entrepreneurial abilities and is uniquely curated in partnership with INSEAD and SC Ventures, Standard Chartered’s innovation, fintech investing, and ventures arm.
It takes participants on an engaging journey that includes integrating a human-centered design, converting client insights into venture ideas, developing a strong business model, and pitching to an experienced panel of representatives from Standard Chartered Bank, SC Ventures, and INSEAD.
Additionally, it does this by utilising the in-depth knowledge expertise of the senior faculty at INSEAD and the practical hands-on venture creation experience of SC Ventures.
Under the Bank’s Priority Private client category, the YEP is a part of Global Experiences, an invitation-only programme that provides a curated collection of unique experiences carefully selected for HNW clients.
