REYL Intesa Sanpaolo and Villars Institute have partnered to work on projects that will use intergenerational learning and cooperation to hasten the shift to a net-zero, nature-positive economy.
The relationship will be centered on creating a global network of future innovators and empowering youth participation in secondary schools in order to broaden the reach of the Villars Institute Fellowship Programme.
In the drive towards a net-zero, environmentally friendly future, it will support modern educational initiatives, such as mentoring and entrepreneurial projects, and take note of multidisciplinary approaches.
The cooperation will pay special attention to communities who are most affected by climate change and biodiversity loss.
Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, the Villars Institute was founded in 2022 as a nonprofit foundation with the goal of promoting Systems Leadership via interdisciplinary, intergenerational, and entrepreneurial engagement, thereby expediting the shift to a net-zero, nature-positive economy.
In addition, it curates learning, cultural, and artistic events that support sustainable development, planetary health, and biodiversity.
