Nick Frost has been named global chief financial officer (CFO) by Delta Capita, a global provider of managed services, technology, and consultancy for financial services.
Frost will be joining Delta Capita’s executive committee and will reside in London. He will be directly reporting to Joe Channer, the group CEO.
To build the company’s financial strategy and support Delta Capita in its ambitious expansion objectives, he will collaborate closely with the global business leadership team.
Frost has been a CFO for over two decades, having held positions at different companies, such as the London Stock Exchange Group. He offers a plethora of knowledge and industry expertise to his current role.

Szu-Tu, who is based in Singapore, will be in charge of overseeing and expanding Delta Capita’s CLM business, which includes technology, services, and consulting for customers in the financial services sector.
In the APAC area, Delta Capita presently serves over 20 CLM clients. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, the company employs over 1,200 experts in offices in London, Germany, India, Ireland, the Netherlands, Singapore, and the United States.
