Laura Jane McCauley has joined the advisory team of Arc & Co., a capital advising business, marking its second recruitment in as many weeks.
McCauley worked in private banking for recognised Swiss bank Julius Baer for five and a half years, where she held several client-facing positions such as credit and complex structuring.

In her previous role as a broker at a Mayfair company, she organised and planned bridging, mezzanine, and development financing.

McCauley has expanded her network through a range of industry events and will use this technique to strengthen Arc & Co.’s extensive customer and lender contacts.
