Vistra Group, a Hong Kong-based fund and corporate service provider, has named Simon Webster as its new CEO.
Webster will succeed Vistra’s outgoing CEO Alan Brown. His appointment will take effect on 7 November 2022.
In his new role, Webster, who is based in the company’s headquarters in Hong Kong, will be responsible for Vistra’s business across 47 jurisdictions worldwide.
Webster will also become a member of Vistra’s board once the company receives regulatory approval.
With more than 30 years of experience, Webster most recently worked as the group CEO of CPA Global, which offers intellectual property software, services, data and analytics.
Previously, he led various investment as well as offshoring and transformation projects throughout sales, product and support categories.

In March 2019, Vistra named Alan Brown as its group CEO. The company also appointed Geoff Weir as its new CFO.
